Over the last few years, Palestinians in Gaza have endured escalating violence, displacement, and humanitarian suffering. Since October 2023, Israel's attacks on Gaza began described around world as a genocide, citing the large number of civilian deaths, widespread destruction of homes, hospitals, schools, and infrastructure, and the severe restrictions on food, water, medicine, and humanitarian aid. Entire families and neighborhoods have been erased, and most of Gaza's population has been forcibly displaced. These events are part of a broader history of occupation, blockade, and dispossession of Palestinians from their homeland. This is not a conflict or a war, but a humanitarian issue that the world needs to pay attention to. While Journalists are being silenced from speaking the truth, there are millions around the world like you and me that have a voice to speak up.
